Life as a benefit corporation
In 2013, CanSurround became the first Delaware-based company to be incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation under Delaware's statute enacted that same year.
This distinction reflects our commitment to participate in a global movement to conduct business in a way that benefits society and the environment. The benefit corporation is a new type of company that is held accountable for serving society, as well as its shareholders.
CanSurround, PBC, is a market leader in the exciting new digital health industry. Our platform provides psychosocial support to people living with cancer throughout their treatment plan and thereafter.
Our clients include hospitals, cancer centers, and other health care organizations that trust CanSurround to provide this critical support to their cancer patients.
